Customer Security

We take customer security very seriously.

Our on line order forms are encrypted with High Grade 128 bit encryption that is registered to Hantrex Pty Ltd. You can click on the icon above to verify this. We use a Thawte supplied certificate, purchased direct from one of the few licenced certification authorities worldwide.

When you verify the encryption, you will see:

The domain for which the certificate was issued (hantrex.com)

The legal owner of the certificate (Hantrex Pty Ltd)

The organisation that issued the certificate (Thawte Server CA)

The issue date and expiry (6/5/2004 - 6/5/2006)

Your connection is therefore secure and any information you send us will be encrypted so nobody else can read it.

Once we have your information, it is always kept secure. It is never left on a computer - we always take hard copies as soon as possible and they are kept in the office for 1 month in a locked filing cabinet. After one month, your details are stored securely off site.
